Biography

Hello, my name is Jack Ward — I’m 23 years old and passionate about IT. My love for technology sparked at age 8, and I’ve been building that passion ever since. I’m focused on IT Support, where I enjoy diagnosing and resolving technical issues across devices and systems.

I’m currently enrolled at The Sand Project, where I’m developing hands-on skills including mobile device repair, hardware disassembly, and understanding the inner workings of modern technology.

I believe great IT support is about more than fixing things — it’s about empowering people through technology. I bring dedication, a user-first mindset, and genuine enthusiasm to every project I work on.
